Terms of Cancellation
- 10 % will be deducted if cancelled 15 days in advance from the date of check in.
- 25 % will be deducted if cancelled 7 days in advance from the date of check in.
- 50 % will be deducted if cancelled 4 days in advance from the date of check in.
- 100 % will be deducted if cancelled 2 days in advance from the date of check in or incase no show
- Kindly Note: At Koti Resort, we have different rooms with different interiors amongst our categories. Allotment of the rooms will be subject to availability and/ or at the G.M. discretion.
Extra Adult & Child Policy
- Extra Adult sharing same room for 2 nights / 3 days will be charged @ Rs 5000/=
- Child sharing bed with parents complementary.
- Child with extra bed for 2 nights / 3 days @ Rs 2500 /=
- Extra room for two kids at 75% of package cost subject to availability
